Anyone taking the classes is always welcome at no cost to all future classes for refreshers before your birth and for continuous participation in the relaxation and Yoga 4 birth. An invite to ATLHypnobirthing is also included where you can join and connect with like-minded mothers -to -be and parents. ATLHypnobirthing updates free events, information for parenting and childbirth resources and continuous informational support before, during and after birth.
Come to our first class at no cost before committing, and meet Chiropractors, doulas, Midwives and other birth professionals. We demonstrate babywearing, immediate attachment after birth and relaxation techniques for pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and parenting.
You You are the Consumer! This is Your Only Chance To Birth This Baby. Knowledge, support, consumer information and preparation are essential components of a safe and satisfying birth.
5 Weekly Classes including Books, a Birth Kit (Doula’s Bag of Tricks) a Formulated Birth Plan &
classes that focus on both general and individual needs.
As a Certified Childbirth Educator I teach many methods of birthing in our Building Blocks 4 Better Births program. I have taken the best from all the birthing methods available today, from my certifications in hypnobirthing, ALACE and doula experience, putting it all into one complete class. Regarless of how or where you choose to birth, I provide support and training for all methods available today. Our goal is to help parents fully experience the joy and power of birth by increasing their confidence in the normal process of birth.
